Shipping and Turnaround Policy

Purchase of electronic products must be made via our website. Once your payment is processed at checkout,  you’ll receive a confirmation email as well as an additional digital download email and this contain a link you can use to download the digital product you’ve ordered. All sales of Digital Products are final.

Please allow 5-10 minutes for the email confirmation to arrive and check your email spam box for the emails. If you still can’t find them even after 24 hours, please contact bawse@cksupport.co with the name, order number and email that should be associated with the order. 


If the Digital product you download does not match what was advertised, do not hesitate to contact us regarding any matter relating to this  at bawse@cksupport.co


Should you have trouble downloading or opening the digital purchase, check the following reasons: 


  1. If you’re using your phone, or other devices,  make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G mobile network
  2. If you are using your phone while trying to download the file or access the website, try to switch using your phone browser or compute.
  3. If nothing happens when you click the download link, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser, try to use an alternate browser. Also, disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
  4. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted or failed to download, delete the file and try downloading it again. 
  5. If you are unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Please download the required program and try opening the file again.

Please keep in mind that  even though the products that you purchased can be downloaded, saved, and printed, distributing or reselling of digital products violates still our terms and conditions and can lead to legal action.
