Refund Policy
We stand behind our products, and we care about your satisfaction. We go to great lengths to ensure that our products are accurate, authoritative, and suitable for our customers' needs. We do not, however, accept any responsibility for the product's suitability. If you change your mind after purchasing our product but have not yet downloaded it, we will gladly return your money. Our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download and since it is deemed “used” after download or opening, there is a strict NO REFUND Policy. We understand, however, that there are uncontrollable cases and requests for refunds after you have downloaded our product will be assessed first, and will be issued at our discretion.
If you want a refund, you must do so within 30 days after your purchase. Make sure you communicate with us first via email, provide your purchase information, name and email registered so we can process and verify this request.
